This 24 hour course which runs once a month for 2 1/2 hours over 6 months finishing with a full day retreat is designed for those yoga practicioners who are interested in deepening their understanding of yoga. You do not need to be advanced in practice, rather, you have discovered yoga and find you would like to know more about this holistic approach to life both on and off the mat. It is suitable for teachers who would like to review and refresh their learning of the eight limbs of yoga as instructed by Patanjali. The course draws on insights from some of the great teachers of yoga including Donna Farhi.

Each session includes both philosophy, theory and creative practice. Extensive handouts are provided for further reading and integration of the material and practice.
