Introducing our Wednesday Evening Meditation Sessions

These sessions are designed to help you find stillness in mind & body, release the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes can’t shake or explain, and help you end your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity.⁠

This will be an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators, focusing on a time for stillness and going within.

Every week, we’ll explore a few simple and classic paths to mindfulness & meditation starting with the use of different breathing techniques to clear the way. The hope is to leave you feeling light, clear and ready to take on life’s ups and downs

When: Every Wednesday evening, 7 - 7:30pm AEST

Where: Ananda Wellness Center, Hawthorn (105a Riversdale Rd, Hawthorn. VIC 3122)

Pay by Donation if you wish (Can be done online if using booking link or cash / transfer only if dropping in). All proceeds will be dedicated to purchasing dry rations and medical supplies to be sent to Sri Lanka where there is currently an unexpected and significant political and economic crisis taking place. Updates and a report of distributions will be shared via our social media pages and website.
