Welcome, my beautiful friend. This is a place for you to self nourish in Yin Yoga and Sound Frequency Meditation, to soothe the heart, mind, body and soul.

Welcome to our online community. Whilst they say brilliance happens on the edge of chaos. This was indeed birthed from our global isolation period, or how we like to refer to it….a beautiful incubation period.

During these times, our practice in wellness that we all do is now coming to the forefront. This is the time to truly practice our self care protocol.

We are here to support you through that with our beautiful online Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation. Along with a FREE self care  workbook to support you through your journey with us.

Yin Yoga is a type of yoga, that is more quiet (Yin) rather than flow (Yang), where each posture is held for more than few minutes, targeting areas called fascia, our connective tissue, where it hold a lot tensions and stresses. Releasing your fascia will help you de-stress, reducing cortisol (stress hormone) level, which will assist in boosting your immune system

Sound Frequency Meditation is using the infusions of sound, but not any sound, science-based frequencies that are shown to impact at a subatomic level.
Within 20 minutes of this work brain wave activity can drop into delta and theta state where they will experience the stress hormone ‘cortisol’ reduced resulting in many proven health benefits and boosting of the immune system.
