LTSA Kids Teacher Training educates with an emphasis on health, safety, and breathing. This course will give you an understanding of how to carefully teach yoga poses, breathing, healthy living with Ayurveda, and creative work that inspires kids to learn and play within the realm of a multi-sensory yoga practice.

The practice and understanding of yoga meditation are also a strong component of this course with participants learning how to meditate and incorporate it into a kid’s class situation.

With our kid’s yoga training, you’ll learn how to creatively adapt yoga poses, philosophy, and meditation in an age-appropriate manner, without compromising the essence of the teachings.


Please note, under Yoga Australia guidelines, a registered children's yoga teachers requires a minimum of 350-hours teacher training, along with completion of 50-hours specialised children's yoga course.
