Shantarasa Pre-Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training is facilitated by Pru Davey. Pru has been working with pregnant and postnatal women for over 35 years as a Midwife, currently at the Womens and Childrens Hospital Adelaide. Pru is also a qualified yoga teacher with many years of practice and teaching, having taught prenatal yoga for over 20 years. Through her extensive Midwifery and Yogic practice and teaching, Pru brings a unique depth of insight and awareness to teacher training participants.
