This postgraduate course is made up of 5x 100hr Modules with a 150hr Practicum Component interwoven throughout the course to give you practice in applying what you learn.
Foundations of Yoga Therapy is the first module. It can be taken as a stand-alone module OR as part of the whole training. Subsequent modules can be completed in any order. The other course modules are offered on a rolling basis so you can enter and complete the course at your convenience.
It is recommended that your studies are completed over a period between 24 months and four years.

By the end of the course you will have the skills, knowledge and confidence to develop integrated practices to address the specific therapeutic needs of Yoga Therapy clients. The course curriculum covers:

- Yoga Physiology and the Vital Systems of Health (100hrs)
- Yoga for Mental Health (100hrs)
- Yoga Anatomy and the Musculo-skeletal System (100hrs)
- Therapeutic and Professional Practice (100hrs)
Practicum Component (150hrs)
