I believe that everyone matters and we’re all ok. Our life challenges are the opportunities that life gives us to grow and evolve. Mindfulness is a way to find harmony with life just as it is.
I’m a certified iRest® meditation teacher, and a member of Meditation Australia. I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and am a level 2 Yoga Australia registered yoga teacher. I also have formal qualifications in social analysis, research and management with 30 years experience in public and private workplaces.
My special interest and passion is Awakening consciousness and non-conceptual spirituality. The approach I use to facilitate movement along the spectrum from suffering to freedom is based on reconnecting to our inherent wholeness. We heal from there, rather than from a sense of lack and a need to fix or change anything. I work with people experiencing; trauma, anxiety, high stress levels, emotional reactivity, depression, busy minds and sleeping difficulties.
