In the classes you will learn to link body, mind and breath through a process of easy focus on the breath as you perform unstrained movements, always working within your capacity. As you practise in this way, accumulated tension and stress dissolve and your body becomes healthier, stronger and more flexible. Classes will leave you feeling energised and deeply relaxed. Your `comfort zone` will expand and this will flow out into your life. Chris also teaches effortless meditation practices based on his studies with several meditation masters over the last thirty years.
