Namaste and thank you for taking the time to read about Yoga Pulse, which I founded back in back in 2004.
My yoga teaching is a rich fusion of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, where we flow with ease, moving with the breath. This transformative flowing style of Yoga restores harmony and balance while bringing flexibility and strength to the body and mind.
I offer a range of classes from restorative to fully dynamic, so if your new to Yoga or well experienced there will be a class for you, give me a call and join the fun in a safe and friendly Yoga class. As a Yoga Therapist I also conduct small group sessions and individual sessions.
I am honoured to hold 500 hr certification in Prana Vinyasa®, (www.shivarea.com) in addition to 350hr certification from the International Yoga Teachers Association ( IYTA) . I have also completed Yoga Therapy Certification 650hr from Adore Yoga and hold Meditation Facilitator certification (40hr) from Adore Yoga. I am currently registered with Yoga Australia (YA Registered Senior Teacher)
My teaching style is enriched and inspired by my many wonderful teachers, my greatest influence coming from Shiva Rea (Prana Vinyasa® , www.shivarea.com)
Through my passion for Yoga, music and life, I seek to share life transforming Yoga with others. Vinyasa Yoga teaches us to be present, link breath and movement, creating well-being and balance in the body. Yoga practice brings many great health benefits, is good fun and creates abundant joy on and off the Yoga mat, reaching into everyday life.
My wide experience includes teaching Community and Corporate groups, Kids Yoga, private sessions and at Fitness centres, interacting with a diverse range of Yoga students.
