Julia Renaud has been teaching yoga since 1998 and has been a member of Yoga Australia since 2003. She served as a committee member and Treasurer from 2004-2007.
Julia works with the bandhas and core strength in her classes and has been a practitioner of pilates. She has a strong sense of how our physical posture can affect our inner state.
She is deeply interested in the emotional benefits of yoga and how to adapt yoga to changing life circumstances.
Since the birth of her son in 2005 she has also specialised in the area of pre & post-natal yoga. Julia has a special interest in women's health and yoga, in particular issues of core strength. She has completed a Certificate in Childbirth Process Theory (part of Doula Training) and many other workshops.
She teaches classes and teacher training students in Frankston, Mt Eliza and Mornington Peninsula VIC.
