Your instructor started training in Yoga Teacher training in 1981 and has extensive experience.Many teachers have influenced her yoga practice in particular Swami Sarasvati and Paramahansa Yogananda. Linda has a Masters in counselling from Monash University and has been providing professional counselling for children, adolescents, adults and families for many years. She is an accredited mental health clinical social worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and Yoga Australia being subject to their guide lines and ethics. Linda is also a PhD candidate currently researching the use of yoga for mental health by social workers.
Her special interest is Yoga and incorporating the mind- body connection.
