Liu completed her yoga teacher training with Julie Gargano in 2013 and has been practicing yoga since 2001. She is a registered level 1 Amrit Method Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher
Her approach to teaching has been touched and coloured by many things: her love of nature, her work as an artist and art therapist, the teachings of Zen Buddhism, and some inspirational teachers, including Paul Wooden, Julie Gargano, and Helen Sharp and John Howard and their work with voice, breath and presence at the Body Voice Centre.
Liu's teaching incorporates a range of practices including asana, pranayama, chanting, meditation and yoga nidra.. The yoga is always right here, in every moment of our lives, every breath and every pause an invitation to open to the luminous presence that we are.
