Meagan Walker

For someone who does very little physical exercise and has low energy levels, I have found the classes challenging but not exhausting. I especially enjoy the relaxation. As I suffer from stress and stress related health problems, yoga and relaxation has been very rewarding and has helped considerably. I always feel calm after a class. Meagan also has a very calming manner.

Thanks so much for last night. It is difficult to describe how I feel this morning but its like my digestive system and other internal parts feel stretched and relaxed and GOOD. Thank you :)
