I have been attending Yoga with Pam for the last 3 years. I have done yoga on and off for 20 years but in the last 3 I have made the commitment to attend weekly. One of the benefits of Yoga with Pam is that it is straight after work, even though I may arrive with my head full of information an hour later, my head is quiet and I am physically relaxed but feel rejuvenated. The yoga session is not competitive and people are strongly encouraged to work at their own pace and ability. Pam is very caring and provides clear direction.
