I began practising yoga in the mid 1970’s. I had been a keen player of many sports, and continually suffered pain after most games. I knew I needed something more mindful, slow and calming.
In 2008, I decided to do my first 200hr YTT. In 2010, I attended a 10 day Yoga Therapy intensive. The speciality of the teacher was helping people get out of pain. From this pre-requisite course, I continued to study with her to complete my Yoga Therapy training in 2013.
Today I teach Gentle Yoga combined with somatic movement, breath and sound
