Sunil has a Petroleum Engineering background with Masters in Business Leadership from Curtin University.
As a part-time volunteer teacher for International Art of Living, Sunil started teaching Breathing techniques (Sudarshan Kriya) and general yoga since Sept. 2010. In 2014, he completed 200 hours Sri Sri Yoga Teachers Training Program and started practising and teaching Yoga on more regular basis. In 2017 Sunil and his wife Anupam decided to dedicate their life in spreading Yoga. They have completed 350 hours Yoga Teachers Training Program from Sri Sri School of Yoga in March 2017. They are now qualified yoga therapist after completing the course from Yoga Therapy Institute.
Prasanna Chitta Yoga- Prasanna means Happy Chitta includes mind, intellect, memory, and ego. A yogic practice that helps in keeping Chita happy.
My vision is to put a smile on every Yoga practitioner.
The focus of his teaching is in wholistic Yoga that includes Asanas, Pranayama, meditation, knowledge, satsang, and service. Sunil has strong inclination towards yogic knowledge and loves to share knowledge from Patanjali Yoga Sutra, Bhagvat Gita, and various Upanishads during his Yoga classes / courses / Seminars.
