Suzie Kellett Yoga - Provides services in Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga including additional qualifications in teaching, Yin Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Core Yoga. 

Suzie’s passion for yoga and the deeper studies into yoga therapy came from her own success in healing using yoga as as an integrative therapy in healing from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and anxiety after serving as a forensic police offer.  

“Yoga has taught me ‘how’ to breathe and be grateful for life’s fortunes and misgivings.”

Her passion is to bring yoga to the community into private or small group sessions and share her skills and knowledge with others on how to improve daily life through these practices.

Suzie is also very passionate about becoming part of a support network for individuals needing guidance, education, motivation and understanding in their personal health journey whether it be  physical, mental or emotional and to provide referral services where required.  Suzie is friendly, kind and easy to connect with though will encourage and motivate you to reach your goals.

Suzie is also a qualified Personal Trainer, Rehab Trainer and Massage Therapist and fuses these modalities in to yoga therapy where required.
