The Warrior One Yoga 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training is a comprehensive professional education program designed for students seeking to deepen their personal practice and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to teach yoga safely and effectively. The program is delivered through blended learning, with predominantly in-studio training supported by guided home study and online learning components.

The curriculum integrates practical and theoretical study across key areas including asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, anatomy and physiology, teaching methodology, sequencing, philosophy, ethics, professional practice and business foundations. Students develop an understanding of both physical and energetic systems and learn to apply this knowledge to intelligent class design, appropriate modifications and injury-aware teaching.

The training emphasises experiential learning through regular practice, observation, peer teaching and supervised practicums. Students are supported to develop clear communication skills, professional presence and an authentic teaching voice. Ongoing mentoring, structured feedback and reflective inquiry encourage continuous growth and self-awareness.

Ethical practice, inclusivity and student wellbeing are central to the program. Graduates are trained to work within professional boundaries, recognise scope of practice and uphold industry standards. Business and legal education prepares students for sustainable careers within the yoga industry.

Upon completion, graduates are equipped to deliver safe, accessible and engaging yoga classes and to contribute positively to the wider yoga community through responsible, informed and professional teaching.

Course Style

This training is primarily Vinyasa Yoga based, with integrated elements of Hatha Yoga principles. The program incorporates dynamic sequencing, breath-led movement and functional alignment, alongside foundational practices including pranayama, meditation and mantra. Students are trained to teach contemporary Vinyasa classes informed by traditional yogic philosophy and evidence-based anatomical understanding.
