Description

Start 1/10/2026 – 11/11/2027

Course Overview

The 400-Hour Yoga Therapy for Young People Diploma prepares practitioners to safely deliver yoga-based wellbeing programmes for adolescents in educational, community and youth mental-health settings.

The training integrates traditional yoga practices, modern neuroscience, trauma-informed facilitation and youth development principles, enabling graduates to design developmentally appropriate sessions that support emotional regulation, resilience and wellbeing in young people.

The course combines theoretical study, practical training, supervised teaching practice and reflective learning, ensuring graduates develop both professional competence and embodied understanding.
