Gentle Yoga combines gentle mobilisation, stretching, calming breathwork, supported postures, and guided relaxation. This accessible practice can be adapted to a wide range of abilities, fitness levels, and life stages.

Prerequisites
Minimum 200-hour yoga teacher training
