It covers the use of sound healing instruments, such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, highlighting how their vibrations can balance the chakras, calm the nervous system, and deepen meditation.

About the Facilitator

Jane Toohey is a Registered Level 2 Yoga Teacher, Certified Meditation Teacher, and Sound Healing Practitioner, as well as a Kids and Family Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. With over 20 years of dedicated holistic yoga practice, Jane is passionate about empowering others to harness their innate ability to heal through regular yoga and meditation. Her work is grounded in the study of mindfulness and its impact on the mind-body connection, forming the foundation for her thoughtfully curated classes.

Jane owns Haven Yoga and Meditation in Murarrie and also teaches in corporate settings across Brisbane, guiding business leaders through practices that enhance concentration, memory, and stress management. Her yoga offerings range from gentle, restorative sequences to dynamic vinyasa flows, always with an emphasis on breath and mindful movement.
