This CPD is for yoga teachers who want to explore the power of stillness and embodied rest through the lens of Restorative Yoga and Somatic Release.
Over six short, intentionally paced lessons, you’ll be introduced to
- key postures
- nervous system concepts
- somatic language, and
- reflective tools to support both your teaching and your personal wellbeing.
You’ll be guided through the foundational principles of restorative work – not as a fixed method but as a living, responsive approach to presence, healing, and nervous system recalibration.
This course is a great standalone resource or a first step into deeper training with RocÃo’s in-person 50-hour course launching next year.
