Join Malcolm Fletcher in this transformative session that challenges conventional approaches to meditation. Moving beyond traditional techniques like mantras and breath-watching, Malcolm guides you to discover the doorway to pure consciousness that exists within the simplicity of your practice. Through experiential exercises and profound insights drawn from Vedic wisdom and the Bhagavad Gita, you’ll learn to recognise the vast spaciousness of awareness itself, rather than getting caught up in the content of thoughts. This isn’t about doing meditation; it’s about allowing meditation to unfold naturally as you “come under the sway” of the crown chakra and experience the self-illuminating nature of your own awareness.

About the Facilitator

In 1972, at the age of eighteen, Malcolm Fletcher was initiated into Transcendental Meditation in Sydney. His experiences in meditation had a profound effect on his life and he soon became motivated to travel to Switzerland, to meet the founder of TM, the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Upon arrival he was welcomed and invited to work at his headquarters in Seelisberg where he underwent intensive training and study with him. Eventually he graduated as a fully qualified initiator of Transcendental Meditation in Belgium the following year. Malcolm then returned to Australia where he taught meditation courses full-time to the public. Ten years later he left the TM movement and abandoned all meditation techniques after he discovered the essence of meditation is in fact, a naturally occurring process. This direct insight was to become a major turning point that changed his life forever. He immediately retired from teaching techniques and methods and in 2003, he had a mystical experience that inspired him to find a way to share this new meditative understanding with others. We all experience meditative moments every day in our lives, but they never get the chance to blossom because we are constantly disturbing them without even realising it. They emerge from a Divine state that already exists within us and Malcolm offers us the most simple and original way to reconnect with them. A way he simply calls ‘Streamline Meditation.’
