Corporate yoga is one of the fastest-growing sectors in wellness – and for good reason. Businesses are increasingly recognising that healthy, balanced employees are more productive, engaged, and resilient. Yet stepping into a corporate space as a yoga teacher can feel completely different from leading a studio class. This course will give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make your corporate offerings both impactful and profitable.
In this course we’ll look at why corporate yoga is in demand, from stress, burnout, and low morale to the physical strain of long hours at a desk. You’ll learn who might show up in your sessions – whether it’s complete beginners or seasoned practitioners – and how to make classes accessible for everyone. We’ll also cover the practical side of building your offering, including working with or without props, structuring packages and pricing, adding value with extras like guided meditations, and showing HR or wellness managers the clear return on investment your sessions can deliver.
By the end of this course, you will:
- Have a ready-to-use framework for designing corporate-friendly yoga sessions.
- Understand how to address the unique needs and challenges of office-based staff.
- Confidently pitch and package your services for long-term corporate partnerships.
- Deliver sessions that leave participants feeling less stressed, more focused, and physically refreshed.
I loved the session. It was fantastic. Jane is so knowledgeable and had great information. It’s an area I’ve dabbled in, but it’s all happened “by accident”! Out of the blue enquiries and I have thought about doing it more proactively but didn’t know where to start. Now I do.
Whether you want to add corporate classes to your teaching schedule or grow a dedicated workplace wellness business, this course will set you up for success.
