Job description
The Digital Marketing Lead is chiefly responsible for managing our public-facing online presence. This role will lead the organisation’s effective use of web and social media to drive member growth.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and publish copy for online collateral, including newsletters, social media.
- Schedule posts and articles across multiple channels.
- Create graphics using common software.
- Ensure consistent brand and language.
- Manage of content on the Yoga Australia website including the Learning Management System.
- Improve social media effectiveness and help moderate platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience publishing with WordPress.
- Experience creating and scheduling social media content.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- General understanding of yoga and the role of a yoga professional.

Finance and Systems Officer
Fully Remote Position

Job description
The Finance and System Lead is chiefly responsible for managing financial systems and bookkeeping. This role will lead the organisation’s effective use of technology to improve member management.
Responsibilities:
- Process transactions including invoices, membership renewals, allocation of payments, accounting support, and journal processing.
- Prepare accurate reports for management and assist with forecasting.
- Examine existing processes across financial and member management systems to improve data flow and reports.
- Improve and support existing IT systems including the WordPress based website and member management system, HubSpot, and Xero.
- Collaborate with members and internal teams to understand their requirements, goals and workflows.
- Provide advice and support across the organisation as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Experience with WordPress and Xero is essential.
- Proven ability to analyse and design business processes.
- Experience writing guides for financial and information systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inform decision-making.
