Biography
| Bio | Adele has a PhD in neuroscience, multiple yoga qualifications and is an author. Her website, Move Yoga Therapy, hosts a valuable and in-depth resource of Japanese yoga therapy, pranayama and meditation, including unique and transformative courses (www.moveyogatherapy.com). Adele’s first children’s yoga storybook, Butterflies Be Gone, is for overcoming fear and anxiety. It’s co-authored by Loraine Rushton of Zenergy Yoga. Their second yoga storybook, Shout It Out, is for emotional expression and resilience. Their third children’s yoga book, Unstoppable, is for ADHD and will be released in 2026. Adele is on the boards of not-for-profit organisations, The Yoga Solution, Yoga For Good Foundation and the Ryoho Association. Adele is a co-leader of Kids Yoga Training courses with Zenergy Yoga. She is experienced in teaching Japanese Ryoho yoga therapy, Krishnamacharya hatha, Satyananda hatha and children’s yoga therapy (Zenergy Yoga). Adele is experienced at adapting yoga to suit people of all ages, from babies to seniors. Adele has taught in studios, kindergartens, schools, childcare centres, the corporate sector, community classes, online and outside. She brings a wealth of experience from science, yoga, energy medicine and life experience to all her offerings, whether online or in person. Previously, Adele was a neuroscientist researching Alzheimer’s disease, neuroregeneration, neuroimmunology and nervous system development. She has lectured in molecular biology, biochemistry, human biology and neuroscience. |
