Carol discovered Yoga when she was a busy mum of two, teaching fitness classes which kept her physically fit but tight. She was advised to “stretch more”. This lead her to try a Yoga class one Saturday morning. From the very first class she knew Yoga was the missing element for a balanced, healthier mind and body. As a mother, Yoga provided time out, stretching and so much more.
Inspired by that first practice Carol attended her first Teacher Training in 2003. She has been a student/ teacher since then completing many trainings with amazing teachers from around the world.
Carol teachers a flowing practice welcoming practitioners to explore their edge.She particularly wants those in her class to feel cared for.
She believes Yoga is a precious gift that allows us to feel good in our bodies, calms the mind and gives us skills to take with us into our day.
