Bio

As a devoted yoga practitioner for over 13 years, I have immersed myself in the ancient Siddha tradition through my association with Mahayogam Foundation in India. Guided by the revered Guru-Disciple principle, this transformative journey has enriched my life physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Inspired by these profound experiences founded Mahayogam Australia Inc. in 2020 with the intention of serving my fellow Australians. We offer free yoga and meditation introduction and awareness programs, as well as regular weekly direct and online follow-up sessions. Additionally, we host life-changing retreats by inviting spiritual gurus from India.

We offer a comprehensive range of practices to enhance physical, mental and spiritual well-being and spread the light of yoga, mindfulness, and inner well-being across our community.

    Yozen combines Yoga and Zenskar Healing Martial arts principles for quick restoration of energy emphasizing mindfulness, presence, and self-discovery that integrates movement, breath, and inner stillness.
