Bio

Chris has been teaching Yoga (including asanas, pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra) for over 30 years. He has trained and has certifications with Yogi Hari (Sivananda Yoga), the Heart of Yoga and Sri Sri Yoga. He has travelled to India and trained with several different masters of yoga.

Chris has a particular interest in the use of breath to achieve physical, mental and emotional integration and spiritual evolution. He offers online classes and one face to face class on Wednesday evenings in Oakleigh at 6pm. He also teaches breathwork and meditation courses and silent retreats around Australia through the Art of Living Foundation. He can be contacted on 0466 942 886 or [email protected]

Attending these yoga classes has completely transformed my sense of wellbeing and knowledge of what yoga is really about. i have been a student of  yoga over the years, and found a more indepth combination of asanas and meditation in Chris’ classes. i believe he has created an excellent programme for yoga students at varying levels and people interested in seeing what yoga is all about.
