Hello, my name is Christiane. I am a French-born Australian Yoga Therapist, Senior Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Energy Medicine Practitioner, and lifelong seeker of truth and beauty.

My journey has taken me across the world – from walking 800km of the Camino de Santiago in pilgrimage and trust, to sitting with Inca shamans in Chile learning ancient energy medicine, to tracing Mary Magdalene’s path through France, India, and Egypt to awaken the true essence of Feminine Energy needed so deeply in this time.

Through decades of teaching and guiding, I have come to understand:
✨ The body always seeks to return to health and balance.
✨ The heart longs to open, to give, and to receive love fearlessly.
✨ The soul simply wants to remember its freedom.

In my work, I integrate yoga therapy, yoga nidra, breathwork, meditation, shamanic energy medicine, Hawaiian massage, and Ayurveda principles – always guided by the wisdom of nature and the unseen forces that support healing and awakening.

I am here to hold a safe, nurturing space for you to:
