Jess is a Mental Health Aware and Menopause Yoga teacher. She teaches Yin & Nidra regularly at Move& in Footscray.
Jess also runs For The Pause – a business dedicated to raising awareness and empowerment for all people experiencing Menopause. For The Pause runs Menopause Yoga Workshops, private classes and general classes aimed at regulating the nervous system.
