My journey as a perpetual student of yoga began over 37 years ago when, as a teenager I started teaching myself out of a library book.
At first I enjoyed the aliveness my body felt but there was also a grounded stillness that went beyond my body and mind to a sense of coming home to my true, authentic self.
For me yoga is expansive and freeing, inviting us to explore and inquire for ourselves, to travel towards awareness, inner peace and wisdom, integrating this into our daily lives. I love sharing this journey with my students.
My classes include iRest Yoga Nidra and Meditation, restorative yoga, Hanna Somatics, postures, breathing, relaxation.
