Biography
| Bio | As a dedicated yoga teacher, my mission is to empower others by embodying authenticity and conscious healing both for myself and our world. I strive to create a nurturing space that allows each individual to explore their unique flow and potential. Yoga philosophy has become my everyday devotion, serving as a grounding path for self-care and healing. It is a journey of kindness & compassion; one I longed for during my teenage years. I believe that within each of us lies an innate wisdom waiting to be re discovered and embraced. Having first discovered yoga 18 years ago as a teenager in high school, I quickly realized that the practice transcends physical body transformation, it’s an invitation, a profound opportunity to delve into the depths of who we are in our purest and rawest form. In 2016, I set out to deepen my exploration and went on to study with Mark O’Brien at Qi Health & Yoga in Sydney, where I obtained my Yoga Teacher Training and Philosophy Diploma. Over the past eight years since, I have had the privilege of teaching various styles of yoga across the Central Coast. This journey has allowed me to engage in continuous learning and study alongside inspiring teachers who have generously shared their wisdom, knowledge, and personal journeys with me. Each experience has enriched my understanding of yoga, meditation, and healing modalities. My teachings are a blend of Hatha, slow flow, Yin & Sound Healing, enriched by Meditation, yoga Nidra, Reiki and specialised approaches for prenatal and postnatal students. This diverse toolkit allows me to cater to the unique needs of each student, fostering a holistic approach to wellness that honours both the body and spirit. Allowing the practice to continue to meet you where you’re at. Now, as I navigate the sacred journey of motherhood, I have found even greater depths of self-discovery, acceptance and the divine art of surrender. When I’m not on the mat, you can find me exploring nature and adventuring to our local waterfalls with my family. I invite you to join me on this path of exploration, curiosity, and connection as we uncover the transformative power of yoga together. |
