Kylee Grace integrates psychotherapy, somatic practices, mindfulness practices and spiritual work. She specialises in relationships, trauma resolution, chronic illness and psycho-spiritual integration. Kylee supports individuals, couples and groups to use real-life challenges as an opportunity for personally and spiritual development.
Her mindfulness-based approach supports nervous system regulation and resilience, physical healing, self-care, self-awareness and the development of nourishing relationships. She firmly believes we can heal the physical and psychological imprints of relational trauma and develop caring relationships grounded in mindfulness, love and compassion. Integrating teachings from somatic practices, psychology, neuroscience and ancient wisdom, Kylee’s multi-modal approach blends somatic awareness principles, arts therapy, movement therapy, sand-play, and mindfulness practices.
Kylee initially trained as a Chartered Accountant, and has pursued further studies in experiential and creative arts therapy, yoga, mindfulness, bodywork and holds a Master of Counselling. She is a long-term practitioner, with over 30 years’ experience, in mindfulness, therapeutic movement and bodywork, and is a qualified meditation teacher, yoga teacher and psychotherapist. In her personal life she enjoys time with her family, camping, hiking, gardening, horse-riding, yoga, arts and meditation.
