Yoga has been a transformative force in my life since 2006. With a background in Social Communication and a focus on broadcasting and video production, I’ve had the privilege of creating video content centred around wellness, education, tourism, and social change. As a TV Producer, I’ve provided creative and technical support to marketing and communication teams, utilising my audio-visual and multimedia skills. However, it was through Yoga that I found the best tool to navigate life’s challenges, both personally and professionally.
When I emigrated to Australia, I faced numerous hurdles as a migrant. My yoga practice became my source of strength and resilience in this new chapter of my life. It has become more than just a practice; it is now my lifestyle. Yoga has guided me through a profound process of evolution, transformation, and purification. My passion lies in the incredible healing it brings to the soul, mind, and body.
If you’re looking for a powerful tool to navigate life’s challenges and experience personal growth, I encourage you to explore the world of Yoga. Embrace its transformative power and discover the incredible healing it can bring to your own journey.
In 2018, I made the decision to pursue the RYS200 Yoga certificate for personal growth. Little did I know that this journey would lead me to teaching at Peak Physique Underwood and Gabba, where I fully embraced the experience as part of my personal growth. When the pandemic hit, I saw an opportunity to further expand my knowledge and skills, so I enrolled in advanced courses and completed the RYS500 training, set to finish in December 2022. Starting January 2023, I made the bold choice to fully immerse myself in the wellbeing sector as a Yoga Instructor. To enhance my expertise, I traveled to New York to train with the esteemed Masters Dharma Mittra, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Now, armed with a wealth of positive energy and knowledge, I am ready to encourage and support people’s wellbeing.
As a passionate videographer and photographer, I have spent seven years working as a Media Producer at an Education Organisation, but now, I am ready to focus in my Dhrama as a Yoga Instructor, helping others grow and improve their wellbeing. Join me on this transformative journey.
