Leah is the former owner of West Coast Yoga (Coast Yoga Collective) in Sorrento and has been teaching in an embodied, trauma sensitive way since 2016. Leah believes Yoga can be accessible to all body types and all people. And as such keeps her approach to Yoga, real!

And this is where YOU come in. Yoga was designed to be accessible to all people and all body types, Yoga is about Body Positivity, Yoga is about feeling good in your skin and comfortable about your place in this world…
