Private online Hatha Yoga Classes are also available. No class is the same, as the practice which you are led through is designed for your body on THAT day.
Lisa is also a qualified Clinical Sexologist, Relationship Therapist, Counsellor and Teacher. Bringing the body and mind into balance is a core focus for Lisa’s approach to services offered.  Lisa offers a Sex Positive Space that is LGBTQIA+ safe, and is GSRD aware.
