Classes are designed individually to suit those with some or no experience, the focus is on relaxation, mindfully increasing flexibility and strength within the body and mind. Level 2 class for deepening yogic experience.
Feeling at ease is the key to physical, mental, emotional health. Relaxation encourages sound sleep allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to restore the body. A calm mind assures confidence, connectedness allowing the experience of joy in simple uncomplicated aspects of life.
