Welcome to Yoga Under the Bodhi Tree!

I teach Classical Hatha Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Nada Yoga (the Yoga of Sound and Sound Healing) and YIN yoga. My Yoga classes cater for everyone and no experience is needed. From the absolute beginner to the seasoned yogi my classes are a beautiful balance of postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation (meditation). As we transform our physical bodies, we can transform our mental and emotional bodies.

I am also a Rebirthing Breathworker registered with the International Breathwork Federation.

Saturdays 8.00 – 9.30am Zamia Theatre, Main Street,  Mount Tamborine (North Tamborine). Daylight saving AEST, goes back to 9am from April 1/4/26
