Mel has been practicing and teaching yoga since a journey of epiphany to India a decade ago. Trained by some of the world’s leading institutes and instructors (Sivananda, Baron Baptiste,Paul Grilley, Nicole Goodwin Twee Merrigan and Paul Balch) she has become an equally passionate teacher.

Her career in dance and bodywork only enhances her knowledge of and feeling for the subject. Having studied metaphysics and to Level 2 AcuEnergetics, this is an ongoing journey of marrying the physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual through yoga asana and meditations.

A Proud co-founder of This Is Yoga studio in Clovelly, Director of The Yin Space and an illumni Lululemon Athletica ambassador for Bondi Junction, home is now the eastern suburb beaches, NSW. You can find Mel teaching regular classes and running workshops and yin teacher trainings throughout Sydney, Australia and Europe.
