I am based in Melbourne, Australia and I work online with clients who seek my services from all over the globe.
MY BACKGROUND
I have worked in the wellness space for over 25 years. I am a committed wellness ambassador and educator, interested in holistic approaches to wellbeing and healing, and using my knowledge and understanding to support others.
Along with a Bachelor of Education (Dance major) and Master of Art Therapy, I am a qualified practicing Clinical Counsellor, Health Coach, Level 2 Yoga Instructor and Registered Meditation Teacher.
My group classes and private yoga sessions take a holistic, trauma-informed approach, integrating not only the physical postures but also yogic philosophy, mindfulness and pranayama breath work.

I prioritise creating a safe, supportive and caring environment that allows you to explore new ways of moving, thinking and approaching your life. I will teach you how to use your yoga practice as a space to focus inward, gain insight and heal.
My focus is on mind/body connection and ensuring that each student feels safe and supported. I bring my trauma-informed counselling skills to my teaching practice, providing the safety and education required to help you feel empowered and more skilled in managing stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.
With much emphasis on alignment as a mindfulness practice, I encourage patience and self-compassion on the mat. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and sessions are designed to bring a holistic approach
