Miriam has been immersed in the practice of yoga since 1995 and teaching since 1998 embracing teachings as varied as Ashtanga, Satyananda, Chi Gung and Hatha Yoga. Miriam is a living icon of wellness, her soft yet firm and dynamic approach with her deep understanding and passion for yoga has led to a beautiful spiritual path she would like to share with others. Her main aim is to help students develop a consistent self-practice through breath awareness and postural alignment to assist in bringing balance and awareness into your daily life.
