I’m a Level 3 Senior Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, and qualified Trainer and Assessor (TAE40122), dedicated to empowering others through education, embodied practice, and holistic healing. Based in Ferny Hills, Brisbane, I run my business Well Within Reach, where I offer accredited 200-hour and 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, as well as private yoga therapy sessions.

With over 30 years of experience in education and health, I’ve completed a Master of Biomedical Yoga Therapy, Meditation & Allied Health, and specialise in integrating the latest research in neuroscience, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, gut-brain health, and Ayurveda into my teachings. My approach is both evidence-informed and soul-led.

As a Reiki Master and certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, I weave together yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to create transformative experiences for students and clients. I recently had the honour of facilitating yoga at a 9D Breathwork retreat in Bali, where nearly 400 participants gathered in a single evening session.

In addition to my weekly classes and training programs, I also lead immersive international retreats in Bali and Nepal. These experiences combine yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork, and cultural exploration, offering a unique opportunity for personal growth, healing, and spiritual connection in breathtaking natural settings.

I’m passionate about creating supportive spaces where people feel seen, empowered, and inspired to live in alignment with their truth—whether they’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or stepping into their role as a teacher.
