My love of yoga began in the late 1970s in PNG, studying Iyenar yoga with Peter Thompson and Trevor Tangy as they returned from their trainings in Pune.
I trained as a Dru Yoga Teacher in 2003–2007, Meditation in 2008, Dru Dance in 2010, and Dru Kids & Teens in 2012, Ayurveda in 2014–16. I am continuing my Ayurveda studies with Dru CPD, Dr Vasant Lad and Indu Aurora. I studied Sanskrit with McComas Taylor from 2009-12, and continue personal studies in The Srimad Bhagavatam and Gita. I have a monthly broadcast group sharing Bhagavatam stories and satsang.
I began volunteering for Dru UK in 2005, and joined the Dru Australiasia ashram in Canberra as a full time volunteer in 2010. I am now an international Dru tutor, co-pioneer of Dru Ayurveda in Australasia, and a practicing Ayurveda health coach who enjoys an authentic Ayurvedic lifestyle.
I bring 20 years of fulltime yogic experience to support people in creating personal balanced approaches to health and wellbeing.
“It’s my dharma as well as my pleasure to share the wisdom and practices of Dru and Ayurveda, to help make life more nourishing, healing and empowering for others. Together we can overcome personal challenges and journey towards vibrant energy, clarity, inner connection and purposeful living.”
