Nina Pulaska, originally from Poland, has been practising Raja Yoga as taught by the Himalayan Yoga Tradition since 1997. She commenced her formal Teacher Training Programme (TTP) in this Tradition, in conjunction with Yoga Alliance International, in 2007, and was teaching in Edinburgh, Scotland before she moved into Australia in mid-2008.
Upon arrival in Sydney, Nina began a series of corporate yoga classes. The teachings expanded to public classes in traditional Raja Yoga style in her own small studio when Nina moved to Alice Springs in 2014. After relocating to Adelaide in 2017, Nina started to offer private sessions and, since the pandemic, she also taught some corporate classes and yoga sessions during yoga workshops and retreats organised by Yoga Sprit Studios in Torrensville. Additionally, together with a few other initiates from Australia, she organized a number of yoga seminars in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide over the last 15 years.
Nina’s area of particular interest is meditation, yoga nidra and subtle body practices.
Nina has recently moved to Melbourne and plans to begin offering both regular yoga classes and individual sessions in various locations in North-Western suburbs in the next few months. A series of weekend workshops and retreats is on the cards too, so stay tuned and feel free to call 0433 231 213 or message [email protected] for more information and/or booking! OM Shantih.
