Paul is a Yoga Therapist and Level 2 yoga teacher based in Yeppoon, Central Qld. He volunteers to teach therapeutic yoga to individuals and small groups suffering from age-related conditions, specialising in those aged over 60 years.

Paul regularly volunteers to run free classes for those suffering from Osteoporosis and other age related conditions . In addition, Paul is an author of six novels and numerous short stories published in a range of anthologies. He writes under the pseudonym of Jack Garrety (jackgarrety.com).
