I love to share the transformative power of Dru Yoga & Meditation with people.  I am the Courses Director for Dru Australasia. We have a suite of undergraduate and post graduate courses in Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda. We are a team of senior Yoga & Meditation Teacher Trainers, mentoring and creating communities across Australasia with over 150 volunteers.

I teach on Dru Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training courses throughout Australia and New Zealand and mentor members of our teaching teams. I am also a trainer on the Dru Yoga Therapy Course. I am passionate about taking Yoga Therapy forward in Australia.

With a background in science teaching I am an Anatomy & Physiology enthusiast who loves to meld science with the more esoteric mysteries of yoga philosophy and experience.

I specialise in taking mindfulness and meditation into the corporate sector and providing ongoing professional development for Yoga and Meditation teachers.

Through the pandemic we pivoted to create high quality connective experiences in all our courses and we now run a mix of online, face to face and hybrid courses
