Sarah incorporates a trauma informed approach in all of her yoga classes to support mindful movement and your nervous system. Sarah enjoys facilitating children’s yoga, yin yoga, Hatha, and restorative yoga.
Sarah has experience in offering yoga to her local community, corporate environments, primary schools and Day Care settings. Sarah facilitated trauma sensitive yoga (TCTSY) sessions as a volunteer in a women’s and children’s refuge who were escaping family and domestic violence (FDV).
Sarah has completed additional training:
Level 1 Yin Yoga
300 hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) certification from the Centre for Trauma and Embodiment
Children’s Yoga Teacher Training
