Sarah has been teaching yoga for 17 years. She has studied many variations of yoga from flow and vinyasa and practiced all styles of yoga in her 25 years practicing yoga.
She has trained with many teachers with over 1000 hrs of study. Teachers that have influenced her style of teaching are: Tara Judelle, Noah Maze, Pixie Lilas to name a few.
She began her journey in ashtangha yoga and fell in love with the strength and support it gave her physical body. Since then her journey has softened and expanded.
Meditaiton is now a daily practice and moving is more of an energetic practice. Her love of embodied flow with Tara Judelle is leading her in a direction of free flow moment. She now facilitates meditation into her classes to create a mindful and focused practice beyond physical.
Her specialties lie in prenatal and mums and bubs. Sarah has developed a well rounded program to embody motherhood and individuality for new mums and expecting mums.
She now facilitates 50hr teacher trainings in pre and postnatal yoga which is accredited with yoga Australia. The training is very comprehensive and taught with a great desire to guide teachers through the yogic experience of pregnancy.
She has also taken her passion to use yoga and mindfulness online to parents who are looking for a more holistic approach to parenting. Sarah has designed online programs that cover a variation of yoga and meditation that parents can follow with support over a 4 week or 12 week process.
She is an avid facilitator to the charity Womens Community Shelter. Continuing to support women from domestic abuse and violence by running donation classes and events to raise money for WCS charity.
Sarah’s teaching and yoga journey is always expanding and evolving.
