Sharol is a Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher trained through Sadhguru Gurukulam, where yoga is offered as a complete and traditional science for human wellbeing. She teaches practices exactly as received, maintaining the integrity, precision, and depth of Classical Hatha Yoga.

With over two decades of dedicated personal practice and study, Sharol’s journey began with Vipassana meditation under the tradition of S.N. Goenka before deepening into the classical yogic sciences through extensive time spent in Indian ashrams and ongoing Sadhana. Her teaching approach emphasises discipline, consistency, and self-responsibility, supporting students to build a stable and sustainable personal practice.

Sharol offers structured programs designed to enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing while introducing yoga as a transformative inner process rather than a fitness or therapeutic modality. Alongside yoga, she is undertaking studies in Classical Ayurveda and offers lifestyle-based guidance to support daily rhythm, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Based in the Mandurah region, Sharol teaches workshops, community sessions, retreats, and structured learning programs through her platform, One Sutra, which supports individuals seeking an authentic and committed approach to yoga.
